COVID-19: What you need to know from our team

Dear clients and friends of Observatory Hill,

We’re happy to share with you that our Presentation Centres are reopening, starting on May 23, 2020. During this time, we will continue to offer virtual appointments, if you prefer. Please reach out to your builder of choice to schedule your virtual visit. You will find their contact information at the bottom of this blog. Learn more about our builders.

While we are reopening, we appreciate your patience and consideration for fellow clients and our team as we adjust to the “new normal.” Even though our Presentation Centres are open, we will remain committed to protecting the health and safety of you, your family, and our representatives. It is only with your cooperation that we can make a risk-free environment happen. Please see our protocols below.

For your well-being and the protection of our team, the following COVID-19 safety measures will be taken:

	Controlled entry to limit capacity. (2 groups of 2 visitors maximum per Presentation Centre.)
	Hand sanitizer and gloves are available upon entry.
	Sanitization of surfaces after each group meeting.
	Our staff will wear masks. We also ask that visitors please bring their own mask and put it on before entering any of our Presentation Centres. Observatory Hill builders will supply disposable masks to those who don't have one.
	Presentation Centres will be professionally cleaned and disinfected regularly after hours.
	All builders can offer paperless and contactless offers.
	Bathrooms will not be available for public use.
	Social distancing signage will be posted to remind and instruct visitors regarding protocol.
