AN IMPRESSIVE COLLECTION OF MODEL HOMES

During our Grand Opening Event this coming October 27th, we will have an impressively vast selection of homes available for you to view. The remarkable number of model homes available has reached the grand total of 11!  Here’s a quick breakdown of what you can expect to see on opening day.

CountryWide Homes will have two of their Single family homes on Hillsview available for viewing. Fully furnished, and fully gorgeous, their model homes really stand out. Consider The Satellite. This spectacular home is 4,000 sq ft with an additional 1,374 sq ft in the finished basement!

The Conservatory Group is one of our other prestigious builders, and their model homes reside on David Dunlap Boulevard, and will also be fully furnished. Their Single-Detached model, The Harrington, comes in at a whopping 6,928 sq ft, not including the extra 1,547 sq ft of the fully finished accompanying basement. In addition to The Harrington, you’ll also be able to walk the halls of The 36’ Campbell at 3,975 to 3,986 sq ft, and The 45' Carrington at 5,715 to 5,752 sq ft.

For those of you interested in Regal Crest Homes, you’ll be able to view The Polaris which features a loft, sitting at 4,602 sq ft,  and The Mira at 3,860 sq ft. Both model homes are fully furnished so that you can imagine exactly how great living there would be.

Last, but certainly not least, is Aspen Ridge Homes. Their largest model home, The Mcmillan, weighs in at 4,162 sq ft with an additional 933 sq ft finished basement. This particular Single family home also features an elevator and a walk-up basement. In addition to The Macmillan, you’ll be able to discover the Semi-Detached models The Glenn (2,456 sq ft) and The Hadfield (3,390 sq ft), as well as the other fully furnished Single home, The Pandora at 3,742 sq ft.
