WHAT’S NEW

BILD Awards 2019 Nomination

We are excited to announce that Observatory Hill has been nominated for The Best New Community in the GTA.

OBSERVATORY HILL NOW TRULY A DESTINATION IN RICHMOND HILL AND YORK REGION

110 acres (45 hectares) of the municipal park, conserved from the pre-2008 David Dunlap Observatory and Park, are now confirmed as destination green space in Richmond Hill, and will be supported by a $54 million budgetary allocation from the Town of Richmond Hill. This conserved park is adjacent to the projected 79-acre (32-hectare) Observatory Hill subdivision...

THE MASTER PLAN FOR THE PARK HAS BEEN APPROVED AND IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD

A community without nature and green space only adds to urban city sprawl. To truly feel like home, a community needs trees, grasses, and shrubs. That is why we’re so ecstatic that The David Dunlap Observatory Park Master Plan has been fully approved!

A HUGELY SUCCESSFUL GRAND OPENING WEEKEND

We experienced a historic moment this last October 27th. We’re very pleased to say that Observatory Hill’s Grand Opening was an incredible success! We had hundreds of people in attendance, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed their time touring our 11 model homes, and experiencing all of the stellar features this brand new Richmond Hill development has to offer.

As most of you know, Observatory Hill is a brand new community, the likes of which the Greater Toronto Area has not seen. In addition to the stellar and luxurious collection of homes planned for the development, the area is also close to the world-renowned David Dunlap Observatory Park. Visitors and community residents alike will get to enjoy access to gorgeous park space and walking trails, spectacularly designed plazas and gardens, and even the Observatory itself.

During our Grand Opening weekend lots of new homes were sold, and now this prestigious community has its first-ever members. Phase 1 of the development has started off on the best possible note, and we couldn’t be happier about it. Truly, this is the start of something great.

Register for updates, and visit any of our 4 Presentation Centres to explore this growing community and our 11 gorgeous model homes. We are now officially open, so do visit at your earliest convenience, or book an appointment. Call your realtor, contact us today, and become part of Observatory Hill before the opportunity passes you by.
